Publicly Available Information Intelligence Analyst - Senior, Ft. Bragg, NC

SUMMARY

Cherokee Preting is seeking candidates to be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

  • Responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational.
  • Researches emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborates with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interfaces with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques, and analytical tools.
  • Identifies and supports the collection of open source data to support multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment.
  • Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Eight (8) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community. Not less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
  • Working knowledge of social media applications and advanced knowledge of Open Source research including methodologies and systems.
  • Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis.
  • Highly proficient utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong briefing skills.
  • Knowledge of SOF and CT experience is highly desirable.
  • Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.
  • Must possess a valid US passport.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
  • Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

CONUS work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment. May travel CONUS/OCONUS (TDY status, attend conferences, planning efforts, OPTs with appropriate clearance levels, and exercises) as required and remain fully qualified and current with all specified / required training. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

TEMPORARY NOTE:

Cherokee Federal has suspended it's COVID mandate. However, it's important to note that Cherokee Federal employees are included as covered employees in U.S. Presidential Executive Order 14042, which mandates COVID vaccines for federal contractors. Executive Order 14042 is currently not subject to enforcement by the Federal government.
