Job Description
This position will be responsible for the monitoring and facilitation of tool & test equipment receipt, inventory, and returns in both the Imaging and Diagnostic field organizations. This role will monitor, adjudicate, and correct tools and test equipment inventories conducted to by over 1,800 field engineers.

Tools and programs to be utilized:
- Tools inventory dashboard
- SAP
- Outlook
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)

Key interactions for this position would be with Customer Service Engineers, Regional Service Managers (RSM), Zone Vice Presidents (ZVP), 3rd Party Logistics provider (DHL), FedEx, calibration provider, and the Tool Center staff.

Specific responsibilities:
- Monitor materials dashboard for the following:
o Tools and test equipment inventory completion
o Calibrated tools and test equipment periodicity
o Duplicate tools within CSE inventories
o Monitor calibrated tool returns to tool calibration provider
o Mismatched of part number and serial number with tools and test equipment

- Communicate with appropriate party as outlined in key interactions for the following:
o Coordinates with CSEs for the return of duplicate and aged tools when identified
o Coordinates and conducts tools and test equipment inventories with CSEs
o Assists to resolve tools and test equipment inventory discrepancies
o Informs the Inventory Management group on any tools related discrepancies

- Analysis and tracking for the following:
o Conducts analysis of tools and test equipment dashboard for metrics
o Tracks outstanding action items and corrective actions required
o Performs tools and test equipment inventory discrepancy research when required
o Corrects tool order failures within SAP

Qualifications for a successful candidate are as follows:
- Have 2-4 years of applicable experience as outlined above with emphasis in inventories and research
- Possesses 2 years of experience with dashboards, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Work in person in the Cary, NC office
