Position Summary:

The Market Manager will provide leadership to Practice Managers and assist the Market Director in oversight of Central Carolina Physician Practices in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Market Manager will be accountable for achieving quality metrics, best practice implementation, productivity management, and streamlined efficiency within the primary and specialty clinics. The Market Manager will manage program development, physician and interdepartmental relationship building, and fostering and culture that aligns with the mission, vision, and values.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in applicable field required.

Master's degree in business or health care field preferred.

Other:

Minimum of 4 years work experience in physician practice operations management including thorough understanding of front office, back office, and business office functions.

Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems plus Allscripts/Athena/NextGen experience preferred
