Position Summary:

The Service Worker in our Plant Operations Department will complete work orders and PM's in a timely manner throughout the hospital grounds. Such task includes preventative maintenance, building repair, electrical and plumbing functions, carpentry, painting, HVAC work, and other maintenance duties as assigned.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Associates degree is preferred

Required License:

Technical trade school / license is preferred

Valid driver's license is required

Required Certification:

Electrical certification is preferred

Master Electrician preferred

HVAC Certification is preferred

CPR preferred

Required Experience:

3 years in electrical trade is required

1 year of experience in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/refrigeration and/or plumbing trade is preferred
