Position Summary:
We're looking for a results-oriented and strategic 'hunter' that's laser-focused on expanding existing accounts and generating new business. You'll be pivotal in establishing AQuity as a must-have business partner and helping our clients solve the biggest problems in healthcare - burnout, reimbursement, access to care, and more.
You will be responsible for full sales cycle management: generating and qualifying leads via outbound and inbound channels, running discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing/growing existing accounts.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
* 4+ years of B2B selling experience
* 2+ years of healthcare sales experience
* Experience selling a service solutions line, compared to a product
* Background in generating business with new clients and growing existing accounts
* Experienced in developing and managing large projects
* Ability to give compelling presentations - virtual and onsite
* Creative lead generation abilities
* Forms relationships and builds trust with all levels - C-Suite, executives, directors, physicians, clinicians, etc.
* Experience executing your own go to market strategy while adopting the best practices of your colleagues
* Experience with Salesforce and account-based marketing tech such Yesware, Zoominfo, Vidyard, etc. Bonus points if you can help us onboard new technology that adds value to the entire team.
