What you will do

  • The Inside Sales Specialist will work with the National Sales Managers to develop and expand existing and new accounts for Trion and/or Envirco air filtration products.

  • You will write Quotations & Proposals to drive new sales opportunities with existing customers & independent rep organizations, positioning the company for success.

  • The Inside Sales Specialist will provide pre- and post-Sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and facilitate long-term relationships with strong potential for repeat business.

How you will do it

  • Support Sales Managers to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the strategic business plan.

  • Drive wider and deeper relationship penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact with accounts; build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with Sales/Project Engineers/Managers within customer organizations.

  • Gather technical and Engineering data as it pertains to a specific project and provide accurate pricing to reps and customer via Quotations.

  • Provide technical support and information to customers and reps.

  • Review major project scope and submittals and identify equipment requirements.

  • Establish and maintain a high level of quality and timely service to customers for maximum retention.

  • Acts as a resource to service existing or assigned account's needs and requests.

  • Be proficient at preparing, checking, and coordinating the release of documentation to support standard and custom equipment.

What we look for

  • College Degree is preferred in Business/Marketing or another related field.

  • Ability to relate to people at all levels, communicating both on a technical and non-technical basis.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Three to five years of Commercial Sales experience preferred.

  • Software experience and competency should include Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce CRM software preferred.

  • Proactive and critical thinking, and ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations team.

  • Ability to comprehend and make valid contributions to support a business plan, including Sales and Marketing strategies.

  • Ability to travel by auto, plane, or train. Travel may be required - approximately three times annually.
