This position is responsible for supporting the training and development of bankers in the General Bank through the creation of effective sales training strategies, tactics and a coaching framework. Creates programs for ongoing enablement and skill development. Serves as the subject-matter expert by keeping current on new processes, products, platforms and sales industry trends. Builds and leverages existing sales support tools and resources to standardize best-in-class practices. This position serves as an enterprise resource designed to enhance sales performance and conversational competence for General Bank sales roles and leaders. Enhances area and regional production through expert consultation, coaching, and collaboration with leadership.
