Manage the payroll ticketing system, ensuring the timely resolution of employee matters. Monitor response times and ticket resolution/closure to measure KPIs. Build and maintain payroll training and guides for Zscaler employees, highlighting key information and overviews of payroll systems. Review and resolve SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian Dayforce integration incidents.
