The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Corporate Senior Recruiter to support company sourcing, staffing, and retention needs. As a Corporate Senior Recruiter with The Fresh Market you will be expected to work closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Vice Presidents, and all levels of employee to ensure the success of the department and the company. The Corporate Senior Recruiter will provide staffing and consulting services to support the business needs of our corporate office and operations as assigned. The Corporate Senior Recruiter will demonstrate a high level of integrity when utilizing proactive recruiting techniques and when developing industry contacts to hire qualified and talented individuals who mirror The Fresh Market's culture and brand. The Fresh Market Corporate Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy in their assigned area to include, but not limited to, developing a pro-active approach to sourcing candidates, ensuring all local, state/commonwealth, and federal laws are adhered to, the training and coaching of their internal clients on Interviewing and Selection, developing a solid network of contacts within their region to support the on-going staffing areas, attend community and diversity events as appropriate, and market and sell The Fresh Market's attributes. The Corporate Senior Recruiter will be expected to lead by example and create a warm, inclusive, and safe environment for our employees and vendors

Qualifications
The Fresh Marker will require a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College and 3-7 years of experience in the corporate staffing or Human Resources field. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience and success in staffing corporate positions in Marketing, IT, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Business Strategy, Legal, and Real Estate/Construction. A working knowledge of candidate databases and contact management software is required. The ability to use a high standard of ethics to source, recruit, and screen individuals is required. The ability to work with all levels within an organization, including senior management and executives is required. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated employment law and Human Resources management knowledge at an intermediate or expert level is required Demonstrated experience in training, consulting, and mentoring at all levels of the management is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external contacts. Computer proficiency is required.
